Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
- Manage agents/advisors and handle SME products(Fire, Burglary, Property Insurance)
- Develop new channel partners and nurture the existing ones
- Agents recruitment and training
- Coordinating with customer Service team for quote, claims and UW related issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be from General Insurance background
Must have experience of recruiting and handling agents
Must have handled SME products
